Founded in 1947 by Joe Jacobs, the Jacobs Group has since expanded and now has branches all over the world, including Europe, America, Asia, Australia, South Africa, India and Morocco. The company today employs more than 60,000 staff worldwide, including 11,000 in Europe, of which 600 in France alone. A listed company, Jacobs is specialized in providing engineering services for industrial and service sector projects in a wide variety of fields and markets and has recorded a growth figure of 15% per year.
Jean-Claude Roux is the director of the group’s new office, set up at the Arbois-Méditerranée environment Technopolis (Eco-Business Zone), between Aix-en-Provence and Marseilles.
